Purpose of this Website

The purpose of this website is to share some of the ideas that I put into practice in my PYP PE program, including specific examples of the Learner Profile in action, the central ideas and lines of inquiry in each of the PE units I teach, sample assessment tasks, and photos/video taken in class that may be useful to you.

As single subject teachers (specialist teachers) it is sometimes difficult as we all work on smaller teams, so I hope that any PE teacher visiting this website can walk away with a new idea or two for their own program. Feel free to email me any questions you may have about how I teach or the assessment strategies that I use.(andyvasily@staff.nanjing-school.com or andyvasily@yahoo.ca)
